We are currently recruiting experienced offshore and marine professionals for overseas projects. These roles are suited for candidates who understand offshore life — long rotations, strong teamwork, strict safety standards, and professional discipline.

🎨 1. Painter

Responsible for surface preparation, coating, and corrosion protection of offshore structures, equipment, and facilities. Must follow safety procedures and coating specifications strictly.

⚓ 2. Roustabout

Entry-level offshore role supporting deck operations, maintenance tasks, cleaning, material handling, and general assistance to rig crews. Strong physical fitness required.

🏗️ 3. Assistant Crane Operator

Supports crane operations by assisting the main operator, handling rigging signals, and ensuring safe lifting activities on deck.

🏗️ 4. Crane Operator

Operates offshore cranes for lifting heavy equipment, containers, and materials. Responsible for safe load handling, inspections, and compliance with lifting plans.

🚢 5. Deck Supervisor

Supervises deck crew activities including cargo handling, lifting operations, and deck maintenance. Ensures safety compliance and smooth marine operations.

🚢 6. Assistant Barge Master

Assists the Barge Master in vessel stability, ballast operations, mooring, and marine safety during offshore operations.

🚢 7. Barge Master / Engineer

Responsible for overall barge stability, ballast control, marine operations, and safety of the vessel during offshore activities.

🛢️ 8. Floorman / Roughneck

Works on the rig floor handling drilling equipment, pipe handling, and general drilling operations under supervision.

🛢️ 9. Shakerman

Operates and maintains shale shakers and solids control equipment to separate drilling fluids from cuttings.

🛢️ 10. Pumpman

Maintains and operates mud pumps, fluid systems, and related equipment, ensuring continuous drilling operations.

🛢️ 11. Derrickman

Works in the derrick handling drill pipe, monitoring mud properties, and assisting with tripping operations.

🛢️ 12. Assistant Driller

Supports the Driller in daily drilling activities, supervises rig floor crews, and ensures safety and efficiency.

🛢️ 13. Driller

Leads drilling operations, operates drilling equipment, manages crew activities, and ensures drilling programs are executed safely.

📦 14. Materials Coordinator (MATCO)

Manages inventory, logistics, storage, and movement of materials and equipment offshore.

📦 15. Client MATCO

Acts as the client-side materials coordinator, ensuring materials availability aligns with project schedules and client requirements.

🦺 16. Safety Performance Coach

Promotes safety culture onboard, conducts safety training, observations, audits, and ensures compliance with HSE standards.

⚡ 17. Electronic Technician

Maintains and troubleshoots electronic systems, instrumentation, control panels, and communication equipment offshore.

⚡ 18. Electrician

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, generators, and power distribution equipment.

🔧 19. Mechanic

Maintains engines, pumps, compressors, and mechanical equipment to ensure uninterrupted offshore operations.

🔩 20. Welder

Performs welding, cutting, and fabrication work on offshore structures and equipment following approved procedures.

🏗️ 21. Scaffolders / Rigger

Erects, modifies, and dismantles scaffolding; performs rigging and lifting preparation for offshore activities.

🧗 22. Abseiler

Carries out rope-access work for inspection, maintenance, and repair in hard-to-reach offshore locations.

📡 23. Radio Operator

Manages offshore communications, maintains radio logs, and ensures clear communication with vessels and onshore teams.

⚙️ 24. Motorman

Supports mechanical operations, assists engineers, and maintains engine room equipment.

🌊 25. Subsea Technician / Engineer

Handles subsea equipment installation, inspection, maintenance, and intervention operations.

🛢️ 26. Toolpusher

Senior drilling supervisor responsible for overall drilling operations, crew management, and safety compliance.

🛢️ 27. Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)

Highest authority offshore. Responsible for safety, operations, personnel management, and regulatory compliance.

⚓ 28. Able Seaman (AB) – Rig Experience Required

Supports deck operations, mooring, maintenance, and marine safety tasks.

⚓ 29. Bosun – Rig Experience Required

Leads deck crew, assigns tasks, ensures deck safety, and coordinates marine activities.

🏥 30. Medic

Provides medical care offshore, handles emergencies, maintains medical supplies, and ensures health compliance.

🔧 31. Rig Maintenance Supervisor

Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs across rig systems and equipment.

🔧 32. Chief Mechanic

Leads mechanical department, supervises mechanics, and ensures equipment reliability.

⚡ 33. Chief Electrician

Heads the electrical team, manages power systems, and ensures safe electrical operations offshore.

🚢 34. Ballast Control Operator

Manages ballast systems to maintain vessel stability during operations.
