Alright… if you’re an Electrical Engineer who enjoys being either out in the field closing deals or managing projects from concept to completion — keep reading. This might be for you.

We currently have two openings:

1️⃣ Sales Engineer (Electrical) / Key Account Manager

If you enjoy talking solutions instead of just “selling products,” this role will feel natural to you.

You won’t just pitch — you’ll listen, understand client challenges, and recommend the right technical solutions. Sometimes that means renewable energy systems. Sometimes smart meters. Sometimes lighting or contracting services. It’s about solving real problems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Understanding our electrical products & services inside out
• Advising customers with the right solutions (Renewables, Smart Meters, Lighting, Contracting)
• Developing technical solutions for complex requirements
• Implementing sales plans and achieving individual & team targets
• Preparing performance reports and sales forecasts
• Monitoring market trends and opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical sales
• Strong technical understanding
• Confident communicator
• Arabic nationality preferred

This role is perfect for someone who can walk into a client meeting and speak both “technical” and “business” fluently.

2️⃣ Project Engineer (Electrical)

Now… if you’re more of the “let’s execute this properly” type — this one’s yours.

You’ll manage schedules, coordinate teams, handle client communications, and make sure projects are delivered on time (and without chaos). When issues pop up — and they always do — you’ll be the calm problem-solver.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project schedules
• Develop design solutions when required
• Ensure execution stays within timeline
• Handle management and site challenges
• Follow up with project owners on inquiries or changes
• Keep your team motivated and performing at their best

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in electrical project management
• Strong coordination and leadership skills

⭐ Preferred Certifications & Skills:

• PMP
• LEED / GSAS
• CEA
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office
