Advertisement for sale of car

Embassy of India in Kuwait announces sale of its GMC Acadia (Make:-2015) Car (Mileage 205698 Kms, Good condition) on “as is where is” basis.

Buyer to pay local taxes/custom duties/Insurance and associated transfer charges.

Interested parties may submit their price offer in sealed envelopes (in double envelove cover) to Embassy of India, Kuwait, by 1600 hrs, December 04, 2022 at the Address:

HEAD OF CHANCERY,
Embassy of India,
Diaya Diplomatic Area,
Kuwait.

The outer cover of the envelope should be subscribed with the matter “TENDERQuotation for the Car sale process” and contact details of the bidder should also be mentioned in the envelope.

Bids will be opened on 5th December, 2022 at 1400 hrs (MONDAY) in the Embassy of India. All the bidders are invited to attend the bid opening process. Successful bidder must make the full payment by 8
th December, 2022.

For vehicle inspection, please contact Embassy on working days (Sunday to Thursday) from 1200 hrs until 1600 hrs by contacting on 22530600/12/13/14 or emailing at hoc.kuwait@mea.gov.in and admnkuwait@mea.gov.in for fixing prior appointment.

This offer is not open to employees of the Embassy of India and members of their families. The Embassy of India in Kuwait reserves the right to cancel the bid, in case it is not found in the interest of the Government of India.
