Job Opportunity – HR / Payroll Coordinator

A company based in Sharq, Kuwait City, Kuwait is currently looking for an HR / Payroll Coordinator to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, employee records, and payroll processes — the kind of person who notices when a spreadsheet isn’t quite right and fixes it before anyone else spots it.

You’ll be helping the HR team manage payroll administration, employee data, and daily HR coordination. It’s a role that needs attention to detail, a bit of patience, and solid organization skills.

If you already have some experience handling payroll in Kuwait… you’ll likely slide into this role quite comfortably.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll administration and employee salary records
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee documentation
  • Assist HR team with daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare payroll reports and support HR operations
  • Ensure payroll data accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR-related work
  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office

Job Opportunity – Document Controller (Construction Industry)

A growing construction and contracting team in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced Document Controller who can keep project documentation organized, accurate, and easy to access.

If you’ve ever worked on a construction project, you already know how important proper documentation is. Drawings, approvals, reports, revisions… it all needs to be tracked carefully. That’s where a good document controller becomes essential.

In this role, you’ll help manage engineering, MEP, and project documents, making sure everything is recorded properly and available when the project team needs it.

Salary

💰 AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of experience
  • Background in construction or contracting industry
  • Prior UAE construction project experience is required

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and archive project and engineering documents
  • Track document revisions and maintain proper records
  • Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and teams
  • Prepare reports and audit-ready documentation
  • Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for documentation
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Maintain confidentiality of project information

Skills & Requirements
