HR & Payroll Administrator

A vacancy for HR & Payroll Administrator has become available in a general trading & contracting company based in Al Rai.

Qualifications required:

1. Education : MBA in HR

2. Work Experience: 3 years or more

3. Knowledge in Kuwait labour law.

4. Knowledge of the Arabic language (Reading + Writing + Spoken ) will be an advantage.

Job Description:

A. Develop company process & policies.

B. Manage HR and Payroll for staff.

C. Recruit new staff as per company requirements.

D. Manage Employee induction.

E. Staff visa processing.

F. Manage HR documentation, salary certificate processing, asset management, official employee correspondence,etc.

G. Develop & implement staff performance management system

Salary is negotiable.
