HR & Admin Officer Required in Dubai

HR & Admin Officer

Gender: Female candidates only
We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
– Gather timesheet from site managers and calculate overtime if necessary
– Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant
data, like absences, bonus and leaves – Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
– Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures

Requirements and Skills:
– Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer/Admin an Interior/Fit-Out/Construction Industry
– Experience using spreadsheets
– Proficient in MS Office Organizational skills
– Good verbal and written communication skills
