Job Summary

Sr. Purchasing Officer Position is responsible for Purchasing Activities End-to-End.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation of Purchasing Strategies related to Policies, Tools and Systems.
  • Lead Purchasing Activities with end to end process (from PO Management to Stock receipts).
  • Lead effective collaboration with Freight Forwarders/Couriers for Shipment Collection.
  • Follow-up initiatives on Documentation with Suppliers for Clearance of Shipments.
  • Liaison with Buyers on all purchases as per business requirements (price analysis, documents attachments to PO, etc…).

Candidate Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years, preferably in Purchasing.
  • Very Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in English. Arabic language is a plus.
  • Very Good knowledge & Experience in SAP.
  • Very Good IT Skills (MS Office).
  • Very Good Analytical Skills.
  • High productivity, exceptional performance in meeting deadlines and solving problems.
  • Team player with ability to work cooperatively and proactively with staff inside and outside of the department.

Call Center Agent

Location: KW

Position Overview

Call Center Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction

Essential Job Roles:

  • Comply with staffing schedules and break allowances
  • Provide customers with accurate information at all times
  • Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time
  • Create complaint tickets correctly, in adherence with policies and procedures
  • Update the database with the most recent customer information
  • Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible
  • Escalate cases that require intervention by Shift in Charge or Call Center Manager.

 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to communicate in Arabic and English
  • Good computer skills
