Job Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to designated destinations for customer product deliveries
• Drive safely and deliver products within deadlines
• Analyse delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain schedule
• Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisors immediately
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Collect payments from customer at the time of product delivery
• Inform on new products and services
• Perform vehicle inspection such as checking tire pressure
• Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenances
• Adhere to company operating policies and procedures
• Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork
• Maintain the vehicle clean and safe
• Promote our products, distribute door hangers and promotional materials
• To manage the drive so that we meet our delivery time and deliver quality products
• To keep their uniforms / shoes / motorbike in clean and hygienic condition

Candidate Requirements

• Proven working experience as a delivery driver
• Valid Kuwait Light Driving License
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Good English communication skills

The Helpers primary objective is to help the Van Salesman in loading goods, delivery goods to the customer, cleaning the assets in the market, abide by the planogram also merchandising the outlet and also price the items.

Job Responsibilities

• Make sure that the van is neat and tidy for the Van Salesmen by SKU’s
• Help the Van Salesmen with loading on the loading day
• Has to be psychically fit in order to obtain maximum work
• Has to have health card
• Better if he has driving licenses

Job Summary

The van salesman primary objective is to deliver sales fundamentals of distribution, merchandising, shelving and pricing at the market place for the assigned territory outlets; thus achieving his section monthly volume & value set targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Defines and develops his van territory coverage plans per set agreed daily journey plan
• Implements the GTRC 4 sales fundamentals ; distribution , shelving , pricing and merchandising per assigned territory
• Updates his supervisor with the requested reports accurately and on-time; i.e., competitive activities, distribution and pricing studies, daily sales reports. Etc.
• Uses and places available point – of sales materials properly and effectively
• Ensures the products stored in his van are in good condition and in the appropriate temperature, and any factor(s) affecting the quality of products should be reported immediately to his supervisor
