Job Purpose

Instrumental in setting up and operating the design system for Sanitary & Tiles. To implement and manage the design service offer to the customer, and liaising with customers over their style and product preferences

They will provide expertise in Style, Store design, and in store branding. To assist with the creation of the product displays within the store

 

Essential Job Roles:

A )   Design

• Provide the customers with Bathrooms & Flooring designs with Safat Home products that suits the space.
• Leverage from his/her design skills to up sell & cross sell in Sanitary & Tiles Categories
• Liaising with software provider and suppliers to maintain up to date library of products

• Ability to use 3D/2D and show sketching designs to customer
• Constantly refreshing his / her knowledge of design and the latest influences
• Stays current on interior design trends in local market and on a national level
• Assisting customers with their home design using CAD system
• Maintaining CAD library to reflect all products available
• Support with visual merchandising in terms of booths design, store layout, functionality, space and structure.

 

B)     Sales

• Having an excellent and up to date knowledge of all Sanitary & Tiles products
• Present, promote and sell the products using solid arguments to existing and potential customers
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Coordinate sales effort with sales team members and other departments
• Offer superior customer service for the customers before and after sales
• Establish, develop and maintain positive attitude with co-workers and customers

 

C)     General

• Following company and departmental benchmarks
• Utilizes strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, professional attitude, and represents the company with integrity and professionalism
• Following all reasonable instructions as requested by the management
• Being aware of all in-store promotions, such as credit facilities, activities etc.
• Keeping all company  information, including sales figures, strictly confidential
• Ensuring he / she follows all company rules and regulations
• Following all company safety and security procedures

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

• 3 to 5 Years experience in Ceramic Tiles & Bathrooms industry
• Degree or diploma in interior design or CAD graphic design
• 3 to 5 years design experience
• Good written and spoken English and Arabic
• CAD system experience
• Excellent knowledge of product, trends, styles with home-furnishing.
• Strong communication skills
