🔍 Job Description:

As the HR Manager at M2R Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organization’s human resource and administrative operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and company culture.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong grasp of employment law in Kuwait, and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource regulations and conducting investigations where required.
• Lead performance management and employee appraisal systems.
• Oversee administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in the GCC.
• Strong understanding of Kuwait labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
