Job Summary

Call Centre Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

  • Comply with staffing schedules and break allowances
  • Provide customers with accurate information at all times
  • Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time
  • Create complaint tickets correctly, in adherence with policies and procedures
  • Update the database with the most recent customer information
  • Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible
  • Escalate cases that require intervention by Shift in Charge or Call Centre Manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to communicate in Arabic and English
  • Good computer skills

Motor Recovery Assistant

Job Summary

Trigger point of claims recovers along with an advisor for the recovery team as the only senior officer

Job Responsibilities

•    Preparing and sending common survey
•    Recovery claims registration
•    Claiming with TPL insurance companies or individual
–    For TPL insurance companies by sending the copy of complete file documents
–    For individuals by calling the first if they refused to pay Enaya we go legal
•    Follow ups with TPLs
•    Recovery discharges/debit notes collection
•    Calculating and maintain recoveries outstanding
•    Legal cases reports follow ups
•    Claims settlements (backup)

–    Collecting invoices from garages and spare parts companies
–    Invoice audit and settlements
–    Invoice payment via premia

•    Claims registry (backup)
–    Via calls, emails and walk in customer

•    Salvage auction organizer
–    inviting buyers to the auction
–    follow up with the buyers for payments and salvage ownership transfer

•    Claims process (backup)
–    Claims registration
–    Documentation
–    Large los and total loss justifications issuance
–    Spare parts quotation requests
•    LPO approval and issuance

Candidate Requirements

Candidate Requirements:
•    Fluent in Arabic
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Proficiency in computer applications.

Education:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting from a recognized university.
