* Admin Assistant (HR Department) – “Female Only”Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting and printing information, letters, organizing work, answering the phone calls, relaying messages.
• Maintaining employee confidentiality information and human resource.
• Continually monitor, update and maintain on time renewal, transferring, cancelation & issuing of staff residencies.
• Order office supplies, maintain office supplies record and inventory.
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence internal memo, letters and forms in timely manners.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Monitor and specified contracts related to administration and company government relations and operation, monitor and update licenses.
• Maintain and monitor company licenses, government requirements documents, life insurance…etc.
• Establish and maintain filing systems, signature files, and agreements
• Skilled in (MS. Office, outlook, HRIS).
• Bilingual.
• Transferable Visa.
• Can join immediately.
