Kuwait City, 7th July 2021: Only expatriates with valid residency allowed to enter Kuwait, no visit visas The decision to allow expatriates to enter Kuwait from August 1 is only valid for residents with valid residencies. No decisions have been issued to allow those expatriates who obtain visas on arrival at Kuwait International Airport or Seaports, Al-Rai reported. The Corona Emergency Committee has not informed the Ports and Residence Affairs sector of opening visas for foreigners wishing to visit Kuwait, after the decision was issued to allow residents to enter the country as of August 1.
