The evacuation flights began from yesterday for those who wish to return back to India. The agreement between two countries are that flights are intended for departure only and not for arrivals in compliance with the circular issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in advance to prevent the entry of foreigners into Kuwait from 31 countries, including India.
