Article 18 visa can transfer from one sponsor to another from 12th July, 2020 Sunday.
Kuwait City, 11th July, 2020 :
The Public Authority for Manpower announces the resumption of the transfer service from one employer to another employer (Article 18) through an easier service.
Provided that the employers (both ends of the transfer) have a subscription to an easier service, and it will be approved after audit by the management staff.
The service will be active from Sunday, 12th July, 2020 (12/07/2020).
تعلن الهيئة العامة للقوى العامله عن استئناف خدمة التحويل من صاحب عمل إلى صاحب عمل اخر ( مادة ١٨ ) خلال خدمة أسهل .
بشرط أن يكون أصحاب العمل (طرفي التحويل ) لديهم اشتراك في خدمة أسهل وسيتم الاعتماد بعد التدقيق من قبل موظفي الإدارة .
وذلك اعتبارا من يوم الأحد الموافق ١٢/ ٧ / ٢٠٢٠
