Immediate Hiring – MEP Team Leader
United Projects for Aviation Services K.S.C.P. is looking for MEP Team Leader to join its expanding Maintenance Department. Suitable applicants should have:
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical studies or equivalent.
• Between 5-7 years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Repair and troubleshoot chillers, primary, secondary, sand separator and condenser pumps, cooling towers, expansion tanks, condition make up pumps, chemical dosing, AHU, RHU and FCU
• Maintain, install, repair and troubleshoot the complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing works such as D.G. sets, ATS panel all electrical panels, chillers, Sump pumps, irrigation pumps, lifting pumps. etc
• Maintenance, installation, and repair of all kinds of mechanical equipment and related projects.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including the night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to communicate in English, and Arabic.
• The offered package is KD 450 monthly. IMMEDIATE JOINING IS REQUIRED.

Job Summary
The HR Officer will have broad general HR responsibilities, supporting the HR- Team in the Engineering group.

Job Responsibilities
• Day to day HR generalist activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service ensuring HR processes are followed.
• Supporting recruitment & On-boarding processes; ensures delivery of quality hires
• Works closely with Line Managers in addressing employee grievances, disciplinary action, of staff, and coordinate for organizing required training
• Maintaining, reporting and analyzing HR data
• Support employee engagement, female diversity and Kuwaitization initiatives
• Provide support to the team and general HR initiatives within the team as required
Candidate Requirements
• A minimum of 2-3 years HR experience gained within a professional HR team
• Good understanding of HR processes and best practice HR activity
• A positive attitude and strong people skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in English, additional Arabic language skills preferred.
• A strong focus on results
• Process orientated, calm under pressure with an ability to solve problems
• Educated to university degree level, preferably from a business-related program
