Job Description:
Hey there! We’re on the lookout for a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. If you love keeping projects moving, building strong relationships with vendors, and making sure every purchase hits the mark, you might just be the perfect fit.
Here’s the scoop:
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking charge of procuring materials, equipment, and services for our construction projects – basically, making sure nothing slows down the work.
- Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers and vendors (think of it as being the friendly face everyone trusts).
- Keeping deliveries on schedule and ensuring everything meets top-notch quality standards.
- Monitoring inventory and generating clear, detailed procurement reports (so no one’s left guessing).
- Supporting project teams with procurement planning, budgeting, and strategy – helping us work smarter, not just harder.
- Evaluating supplier performance and finding ways to improve processes – your insights will genuinely shape our workflow.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce (a solid foundation is key).
- 7–10 years of procurement experience, especially in construction projects (you know the drill!).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (a big plus).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills – you can handle tricky conversations with confidence.
- Experience in procurement planning, budgeting, and reporting.
