🇰🇼 Kuwait Jobs | Oil & Gas EPC Project (Inside Kuwait) | This is a large, long-term EPC Oil & Gas project inside Kuwait, and we’re building the team from the ground up — planners, engineers, supervisors, technicians, safety professionals… the whole ecosystem that makes a project actually work.

If you’ve lived site life before — the early mornings, the toolbox talks, the drawings with coffee stains — you’ll understand this project.

🔹 MANAGEMENT & PROJECT LEADERSHIP

Perfect — below is a more expanded, warmer, human-style job description for each of these roles.
I’ve slowed the rhythm, added natural pauses, and made each role feel real, like something you can picture yourself doing day to day on a live EPC site.

1️⃣ Project Manager

This is the driver’s seat of the project.

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the entire journey — from early planning right through to final handover. Scope, budget, schedule, people, client expectations… it all lands on your desk. Some days will be smooth. Others won’t. And that’s exactly why this role needs someone steady.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage senior stakeholders, and keep the project moving forward even when challenges pop up (and they will). Calm under pressure, clear in communication, and confident in decision-making — that’s the profile that succeeds here.

Strong EPC Oil & Gas experience isn’t just preferred; it’s essential.

2️⃣ Construction Manager

This role lives where the action is — on site.

As Construction Manager, you’ll take charge of all construction activities, coordinating manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and daily work fronts. You’ll be the one walking the site, checking progress, solving problems before they grow, and making sure work is done safely and correctly.

You’ll work closely with engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure drawings are followed, quality is maintained, and schedules are met. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and demanding — but incredibly rewarding if you thrive in the field.

3️⃣ Interface Manager

Think of this role as the project’s bridge-builder.

You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, vendors, and the client. Your job is to make sure everyone stays aligned — technically, commercially, and operationally.

You’ll identify interface risks early, coordinate meetings, track actions, and resolve clashes before they turn into delays. If you’re the kind of person who notices gaps, connects dots, and enjoys bringing order to complexity, this role will feel surprisingly natural.

4️⃣ Project Controls Manager

If data tells a story to you, you’ll feel at home here.

As Project Controls Manager, you’ll lead planning, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting activities. Schedules, curves, KPIs, and dashboards won’t just be numbers — they’ll be tools you use to guide decisions.

You’ll work closely with project leadership to highlight risks, recommend recovery plans, and keep the project financially and schedule-wise on track. Accuracy, consistency, and clarity are key. This role is about seeing the big picture before problems become visible on site.

5️⃣ Engineering Manager

This role keeps the technical heart of the project beating properly.

As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead all engineering disciplines and ensure design deliverables meet contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements. You’ll coordinate between teams, manage technical queries, and resolve design issues that impact construction and commissioning.

You’ll also act as the key link between engineering and site teams — translating drawings into buildable solutions. Strong leadership, deep EPC experience, and a practical mindset are essential here.

6️⃣ QA/QC Manager

Quality doesn’t happen by accident — it’s built, inspected, and protected.

As QA/QC Manager, you’ll establish and manage the project’s quality systems, procedures, and inspection plans. You’ll lead QA/QC teams, coordinate with the client and third-party inspectors, and ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

This role requires attention to detail, confidence in dealing with audits and inspections, and the ability to stand firm when quality is at risk. You’ll be the final gatekeeper before work is accepted — and that responsibility matters.

7️⃣ Supply Chain / Procurement Manager

Behind every successful site is a supply chain that works quietly — and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll manage procurement strategies, vendor selection, expediting, logistics, and material delivery. Your focus is simple but critical: making sure the right materials arrive at the right time, in the right condition.

You’ll coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and planning teams to avoid delays, shortages, or last-minute surprises. Strong negotiation skills, EPC procurement experience, and solid vendor management are key to success here.

8️⃣ HSE Manager

Safety isn’t a slogan here — it’s a daily commitment.

As HSE Manager, you’ll lead the project’s health, safety, and environmental culture. You’ll develop and implement HSE plans, conduct audits and inspections, manage safety teams, and ensure full compliance with Kuwait regulations and international standards.

You’ll be visible on site, proactive in identifying risks, and firm when standards aren’t met. This role suits someone who believes that every worker deserves to go home safe — every single day.

9️⃣ Operations Assurance Manager

This role looks ahead — beyond construction.

As Operations Assurance Manager, you’ll focus on operational readiness, asset integrity, and system assurance as the project moves toward commissioning and handover. You’ll review procedures, manage risk assessments, and ensure systems are ready to operate safely and reliably.

You’ll work closely with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to make sure nothing critical is missed. It’s a detail-oriented role, but one with huge impact on long-term performance.

🔟 Operations Assurance Coordinator – Level 1

This is a strong entry-level role into assurance and operations readiness.

You’ll support assurance activities through documentation, coordination, reviews, and follow-ups. Working alongside senior assurance and commissioning teams, you’ll help track actions, maintain records, and support readiness assessments.

It’s a great opportunity for someone with Oil & Gas exposure who wants to grow into a more senior assurance or operations role over time.

You’ll also help resolve technical issues on site and support commissioning when systems are prepared for operation.

1️⃣8️⃣ Civil Engineer

As Civil Engineer, you’ll handle day-to-day civil works on site — foundations, concrete works, earthworks, and structural activities.

You’ll coordinate closely with construction teams, ensure drawings are followed, and support quality and safety requirements. It’s a hands-on role that requires strong site awareness and practical judgment.

1️⃣9️⃣ Piping Engineer

This role supports the execution side of piping works.

You’ll assist with piping fabrication, erection, pressure testing, and reinstatement activities. When technical issues arise on site — and they will — you’ll help resolve them quickly and effectively.

Close coordination with supervisors, QA/QC, and engineering teams is a big part of this role.

2️⃣0️⃣ Electrical Engineer

You’ll manage electrical installation works from cable trays to final energization.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, supporting installation teams, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring systems are ready for commissioning. Safety, quality, and coordination are critical in this role.

You’ll be the bridge between design intent and site execution.
