A leading infrastructure company in the UAE is expanding its team! We have vacancies across a wide range of roles in major roads and infrastructure projects.  

Available Positions & Responsibilities

Planning Manager

• Lead strategic planning for infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies to timeline and budget control. Coordinate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and manage a team of planners.

Planning Engineer

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. Track progress, conduct delay analysis, prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, monitor productivity, and implement mitigation strategies.

Assistant HSE Officer

• Support HSE Manager in daily safety inspections, incident reporting, implementing OSHA standards, and conducting safety training.

Senior QA/QC Engineer

• Oversee quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, ensure compliance with specs/regulations, and lead corrective/preventive actions.

Technical Manager

• Supervise technical operations and ensure engineering designs and construction activities meet project specifications and standards.

OAQC (Owner’s QA/QC) Engineer

• Represent client-side quality control, conduct audits, inspect materials and workmanship, and ensure contractual quality compliance.

Construction Manager

• Manage site activities, coordinate teams, ensure schedule adherence, oversee safety, and liaise with subcontractors.

Senior Draftsman / Draftsman / Assistant Draftsman

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and ensure accuracy in design documentation. Senior draftsman coach junior staff and verify drawing compliance.

Project Engineer

• Coordinate daily operations, manage subcontractors, interpret contracts and drawings, monitor budgets, and report progress.

Site Engineer / Assistant Site Engineer

• Execute site operations, monitor work quality, troubleshoot issues, ensure safety compliance, and supervise on-site teams.

Admin Officer

• Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, logistics, coordination with stakeholders, and office management.

Procurement Officer

• Manage procurement processes—sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, purchasing materials, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Contracts Manager

• Oversee contract life cycle: drafting, negotiation, claims management, amendments, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Chief Surveyor / Land Surveyor / Senior Land Surveyor

• Lead and coordinate land surveying efforts, oversee mapping, boundary setting, and topographic data collection.

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Manage cost estimation, prepare BOQs, monitor expenditures, control budgets, and support cost control activities.

Material Engineer

• Evaluate material quality, perform testing, ensure compliance with specifications, and manage material approvals.

HSE Manager / Senior HSE Officer / HSE Officer

• Develop and enforce safety policies, lead site audits and training, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risks.

Senior Lab Technician / Lab Technician

• Conduct laboratory tests on construction materials (e.g., soil, concrete, asphalt), record results, and ensure quality standards are met.

OAQC Manager

• Head owner-side QA/QC team, develop audit plans, oversee quality compliance across the project lifecycle, and deliver performance reports.

Machinery Coordinator

• Manage heavy machinery logistics on site—track equipment usage, schedule maintenance, coordinate operator deployment, and ensure operational efficiency.

📋 Urgent Vacancies:

1. Lifting Appointed Person

• Responsible for planning and supervising all lifting operations on site.
• Must assess lifting plans and ensure all lifts comply with ADNOC standards and HSE regulations.

2. Lifting Supervisor

• Oversee rigging crews and ensure lifting equipment is used safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with lifting appointed persons and site engineers for safe lifting practices.

3. Job Performer

• Execute work permits, ensure job safety analysis (JSA) is in place, and coordinate work execution as per ADNOC permit-to-work system.

4. HSE Officer

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, incident investigations, risk assessments, and ensure all safety protocols align with ADNOC and UAE standards.

5. Piping Engineer

• Supervise installation and testing of piping systems.
• Ensure drawings and standards are followed, resolve technical issues, and monitor progress against schedule.

6. Planning Engineer

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and coordinate with departments to meet deadlines.

✅ Requirements:

• ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
• Must be currently available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
