Customer Service Representative – Credit

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative – Credit is tasked with providing credit solutions to customers by engaging with them and evaluating their needs. Coordination with the sales team is required to ensure that sales targets are met and, that credit specific KPI’s are achieved through meeting company standards in ensuring that all transactions are accurate, compliant, meet SLA, and maintain the highest level of customer relation and satisfaction by handling related issues within the area of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

•    Processing all credit transactions for electronics, Furniture and online.
•    Validate and ensure documentation compliance, and authenticity.
•    Assessing creditworthiness of clients and taking adequate steps to ensure receipt of payments and recovery of debts.
•    Ensure accuracy of all calculations.
•    Follow-up on approval of credit applications, transactions, exceptions and other related processes to ensure that SLA’s are met on all fronts.
•    Ensure that the Individual monthly sales targets is met.
•    Ensure that the company standard for customer satisfaction is met and maintained.
•    Selling related Easy Credit products and Services
•    Credit collection & instalment payment from customers including Down-Payments, early settlements, Overdue, legal and late payment charges collection.
•    Issuing Clearance certificates and Deals certificates for normal transactions ( not legal – no early settlement )
•    End-Of-Day Transactions batches.
•    Cash and K-Net reconciliation at End-Of-Day Batches

Candidate Requirements

•    0 – 2 years of experience.
•    2-year Diploma in a relevant field.
•    Customer-centric attitude.

Job Summary

Electronic service technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing or replacing parts for all household appliances.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prescreen, identify, analyze, and repair appliance and electronic product failures ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Configuring/troubleshooting experience with hardware including audio-DSP, A/V control, video and audio devices, and USB based software applications.
  • Order necessary parts after initial prescreen so they are in hand before going to customers’ location.
  • Perform daily administrative functions to include warranty claims and report submission.
  • Maintain performance objectives as required by the company.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment and parts inventory.
  • Rely on personal judgment for safety regarding work.
  • Work independently without onsite supervision.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years field service experience in all major home appliances.
  • Possess appropriate Refrigerant Handling Certificate(s), CET, (HVAC) and other applicable appliance or electronics service certifications.
  • Knowledge and proficient use of electronic and appliance and/or refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Smartphone technology with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software applications.

IT Manager – Support & Operations

Job Summary

The role would lead a team of developers for the operations and support of existing digital initiatives (website, mobile app) and future digital initiatives (in-store kiosk marketplace etc.).

The primary responsibility is to perform continuous assessment on the systems and improvise, fulfill the gaps where applicable.
Introduce & maintain the operational process to address the pain points of Business to improvise and ensure the applications are secure throughout and the on-going issues are addressed.

This role will be based in Kuwait, managing the local team & development partners.
Should have experience in leading commerce development projects with good understanding of retail business framework, technical architecture, deployment of commerce software and integration of the online store to any other systems.

Candidate Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in engineering/science/IT coupled with solid technology background in web/software development.

Minimum 5 years of experience in leading the team(s) to drive and deliver the projects.
Should have experience in leading development team to deliver multiple projects in parallel.
Should have strong experience in one of the frontend frameworks like Angular, react, Next JS.
Working experience in implementation and architecture preparation of Microservices.
Must have good understanding of retail business framework, technical architecture, deployment of commerce software and integration of the online store to third party systems.
Strong and demonstrable solution architecting skills with minimum 5 years of experience including application architecture, object and data modeling, database design etc.
Should have grown in the technical career path with hands on experience in web development, coding, and solution design.
Knowledge of Agile Software development methodology
Must have excellent knowledge of Cloud administration (AWS or GCP or Azure)
Must have excellent knowledge of database administration

Responsible for assessing and evaluating various aspects of Safat D&I installation teams. This role helps maintain quality standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement within the D&I teams, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Mystery Visits: Conducting unannounced visit to Safat D&I, and evaluate the teams’ standards, punctuality, professionalism, and customer interaction, and assess the appearance, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the D&I team members as well as the truck.
• Handling and Assembly: Ensure the proper handling of furniture during transport, to maintain a proper condition of the products, and evaluate the assembly and installation by D&I teams at the customer’s location.
• Product Inspection: Examine the delivered furniture and confirm that it matches the customer’s order.
• Timeliness: Evaluate the delivery team’s ability to meet scheduled delivery times and report any delays.
• Documentation: Create detailed report, including written descriptions and photographic evidence of any issue observed during the delivery process.
• Feedback and Recommendation: Provide feedback and recommendations to the D&I teams as well as the customer, to improve the delivery process and enhance the customer experience.
•  Follow-Up Visits: Conduct follow-up visits, if required, to monitor improvements based on previous assessments.
• Policy: Ensure that the delivery team follows safety guidelines, company policy, and any delivery-related regulations.
