Description :

Design and develop advanced machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data science projects that leverages advanced technologies in Data Science and AI.

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that can drive strategic business decisions.

Makes value out of raw and big data by Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis.

Uses statistical and analytical methods plus AI tools to automate specific processes within the organization and develop smart solutions to business challenges.

Interprets the data and present it in a clear and intuitive way to help the organization analyze trends to make better decisions.

Uses machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers. Developing prediction systems and machine learning algorithms.

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

Carries out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.

Enhances data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems.

Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis.

Formulates AI strategies and ensure seamless integration of AI systems with existing ones.

Ensures compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and evaluate their potential applications to enhance our products and services.

Required Qualification :

Education: Undergraduate or MBA is required, with a major in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data science

Work Experience: 8 years of general relevant experience, of which 3 years of hands-on typical exposure in data science and AI.

Required Professional Skills: KDD Data Scientist AI

Proven experience as a Data Scientist, AI Specialist, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on applying AI and machine learning techniques to real-world problems.

Demonstrated competency in business requirements documentation for complex IT functionality/solutions.

Extensive experience with change management processes.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Practical skills like coding and math with the ability for statistical analysis to achieve results.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries

Familiarity with natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI-related domains

Solid understanding of machine learning and AI.

Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau,…

Good applied statistical skills, including knowledge of statistical distributions, regression, maximum likelihood estimates, etc.

Strong math skills (calculus & algebra) to assist with predictive performance and algorithm optimization techniques.

Proficiency in handling imperfections in data.

Analytical mind and great business sense.
