Job Summary

Play a key role in providing critical technical expertise and execution skills to facilitate website and mobile marketing campaigns. Incubate new capabilities that will be adopted by the business to scale over multiple channels covering Website, App and Mobile Web aligned with the needs of the customer to ensure simple and intuitive and rich customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

•    Support in Execution of end to end marketing and visibility plan covering SEM (adwords / affiliate), app, website, mobile web, social media, e-mail newsletters, SMS, press releases, app notifications and other marketing channels
•    Conducting various data analysis for elevating our eCommerce capabilities and services
•    Take on miscellaneous tasks throughout kickoff, discovery, development, and pilot phases of projects as needed
•    Document notes while testing things & other stakeholders to address as needed
•    Manage a small team responsible for web development, testing and QA of email campaigns to ensure accurate and error-free execution of links, content and targeted assets across desktop and mobile platforms.
•    Handle cross functional projects, being a specific touchpoint across all channels of e-commerce journey (sales, logistics, supply chain, IT etc )
•    Continually enrich UI & UX by identifying and driving new feature additions and improvements on website as well as app
•    Ensure continual SEO optimisations

Candidate Requirements

•    Min 4 – 5 years’ experience
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Proven track record of successfully overseeing a variety of projects
•    Ability to identify and drive continual process improvements
•    E-commerce background with knowledge on e-commerce platform such as Magento / similar
•    Ability to track competition moves, promotions, product highlights and make strategic as well as tactical moves
•    Up to date industry knowledge
•    Strong ability to collaborate across all teams
•    Understanding of email campaign segmentation and analytics
•    Extremely organized, detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy

Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize the performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Contact point of reference for colleagues and customers, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. Responsible in handling all incoming shipments for various External Customers by following on original documents, coordinating with shipping lines, transporters, clearance team and also the finance/Group control team by closing the job file at the earliest.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Update respective External clients with daily shipment status reports.
•Co-ordinate with External Customers and suppliers to secure shipping documents well in advance prior vessels arrival and have the clearance documents ready when the vessel arrives and minimize any delays.
•Co-ordinate with the External Customers and the warehouse to get the delivery schedule in time and further co-ordinate with the transport companies to deliver the shipments strictly as per the schedule and in the process reduce any demurrage payments.
•Verify all ocean freight and forwarders charges within the stipulated time from the date of receipt of documents.
•To keep the Internal tracking system updated at all times for providing shipment visibility to the External Customers.
•To keep the systems updated at all times with all the available information and data.
•To maintain the present filing system with the entire original and copy documents received along with payment advises and receipts.
•Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
•Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
•Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
•Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
•Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
•Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
•Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
•Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
•Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Candidate Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
•2+ years’ of sales coordinator experience.
•A team player with high level of dedication.
•Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and freight forwarding application systems.
•Problem solving capabilities & Good Communication skills – Written as well as verbal.
•Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
•Interest and experience in interacting with all levels and departments.
