We, Waves Company for Commission Agent, own the Waves Application & Website, running through the approved electronic devices for providing our services via smartphones and portable devices, operating on IOS and Android Operating Systems looking for HR & Admin. Manager for our Kuwait Office.
Requirements and Skills:
• Planning HR and Administration Activities.
• Familiar with Kuwaiti Labor Law.
• Familiar with Salary/Leaves/Indemnities Calculations.
• Bilingual and perfect level of English.
• Knowledge of Drafting Arabic/English Letters.
• Local and Overseeing recruitment.
• Managing the payroll function.
• Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.
• Overseeing the office management function.
• Leading HR department.
• Planning HR and administration activities annually.
• Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing employee relations.
• Running the office and facilities management functions.

HR Administrative Requirements:
• Certification in HR and Management.
• Proven experience in an HR role.
• Experience in the same field not less than 10 years.

• Must be approachable and helpful.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Good ethical judgment.
• Have a valid Driving License and Car.
• Transferable Visa.
