Former Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi was caught in a sex scandal in 2000. Afridi and his two other teammates with caught with a few young girls in their hotel rooms in Karachi.

While these players asserted that the girls just wanted to take their autographs, the Pakistan Cricket Board did not believe them and banned them from ICC Champions Trophy 2000 in Kenya.

In July 2019, Pakistan opener Imam-ul-Haq was caught in a sex scandal after screenshots of his controversial chats were shared by a woman. The woman claimed that Imam-ul-Haq cheated on multiple women and also shared pictures of his chat with those girls.

She also claimed that the Imam-ul-Haq used to manipulate all of them by claiming to be single. There were at least 4 girls whose personal chats were shared by the woman. Later, Imam-ul-Haq apologized for this incident to Pakistan Cricket Board. The board also gave him a strict warning to maintain the highest standard of discipline and ethics.

In September 2017, Pakistan player Imad Wasim was involved in a sex scandal in London. An Afghan girl claimed that Imad Wasim had a relationship with her and also promised her marriage. She also claimed that after one month of dating, he cut all contact with her and dumped her.

 

The girl also shared photos and videos of her with the Pakistani player as proof. In a video, she also shared Imad Wasim’s personal phone number to prove that she knows him. The woman also said that her motive was to alert other girls about Wasim. Later, Wasim called these allegations fake.

In November 2019, a woman named Hareem Shah shared a video on Twitter alleging that Shaheen Afridi made some obscene gestures during a video call with her. “Here is the video. The cricketer who was masturbating on a live video call. Its’ #ShaheenAfridi. He said he wanted to talk. A few mins later, he started showing his private part. Is it right?” the woman wrote along with the video.

However, the Pakistan speedster refused such allegations and said he does not pay attention to negative news that comes off the field. The video was later deleted by the woman.

Babar Azam is the 5th name on this list. The Pakistan skipper has been caught in a controversy after his alleged sexting video with the wife of another cricketer’s wife went viral on social media. The authenticity of the video is yet to be determined.

The video was shared on Twitter by a verified Twitter user who also wrote “Babar Azam sexting with GF of another Pakistan cricketer and promising her that her bf won’t be out of the team if she keeps sexting with him”.
