ذكرت الإدارة العامة للعلاقات والإعلام الأمني أنه في إطار استراتيجية وزارة الداخلية الرامية إلى تطوير وميكنة الخدمات المقدمة للجمهور للتسهيل والتيسير على المواطنين والمقيمين ومواطني دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وتوفيراً للوقت والجهد ورفع مستوى الأداء والإنجاز ان وزارة الداخلية مستمرة في اخذ البصمة البيومترية للمواطنين ومواطني دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والمقيمين في المراكز المعدة لذلك وتعمل من 8 صباحا وحتى 8
مساء .
مبينة أنه يمكن للمواطنين والمقيمين حجز مواعيد البصمة البيومترية عبر تطبيق سهل (منصة متى)، في حين يمكن لمواطني دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي حجز المواعيد من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة الداخلية http://moi.gov.kw، مؤكدة انه يسمح للمسافرين المغادرة من دولة الكويت دون الحاجة الى اخذ البصمة ويتم اخذها عند العودة
