- Emigrant must make sure Recruitment Agent (RA) & Foreign Employer (FE) are registered on eMigrate Portal .
- Recruitment Agent cannot charge more than INR 30,000/-(exclusive of GST)
- Foreign Employer/Sponsor should not be in the PAC list of eMigrate or Embassy.
- If the FE/Sponsor is not registered on eMigrate portal, ask FE to approach the concerned Embassy for registration.
- Emigrant must make sure visa is of the same category/ job role which is promised in Employment contract/offer letter
- Salary should be as per the Minimum Referral Wages of Embassy. MRW can be found on https://emigrate.gov.in
- Employment Contract must be signed by the sponsor/FE.
- Medical checkup need to be done from GAMCA approved laboratories in India before applying for EC.
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) need to be obtained from the concerned RPO before applying for EC.
- Original Visa, Medical papers and PCC need to be stamped by Kuwait Embassy/Consulate in India before applying for Emigration Clearance (EC)
- ECR category passport holder need to get Emigration Clearance (EC) from the concerned Protector of Emigrants (PoE) office before flying to Kuwait.
