Box 461, Dasman 15455. An older directory placed Mashreq at the Al-Zumorrodah Tower in Qibla, which appears to be a previous location.
Citi’s Kuwait branch is also described as being in Ahmad Tower, so the two banks are in the same area of Sharq.
