PUBLIC ADVISORY: REPORT OF BIRTH- AND PASSPORT RELEASING-ONLY OPERATIONS ON 20-22 SEPTEMBER 2020

The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait announces to the public that it is suspending its passport renewal, authentication, notarial, and Report of Marriage services from 20 to 22 September 2020, to give way to Report of Birth and passport releasing-only operations for newborn children of Filipinos in Kuwait.
The Embassy will accommodate Report of Birth applicants strictly by appointment. Walk-in Report of Birth applications will not be accepted.
The step-by-step process of applying for Report of Birth is as follows:
Parents of newborn Filipino children MUST REGISTER FOR APPOINTMENT through http://bit.ly/KuwaitPEReportOfBirth, which will be open on 14 September 2020 from 8:00 P.M. to 11:59 P.M.
Within the week, the Embassy will release the appointment schedule for Report of Birth applicants on its official Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/PHinKuwait.
On the date and time of their appointment at the Embassy, Report of Birth applicants MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: Arabic Birth Certificate of the child with authentication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and official English translation, plus four photocopies; marriage certificate of the parents (DFA-authenticated PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate, or Embassy-issued Report of Marriage), plus four photocopies; and current passport and Civil ID of the parents, plus four photocopies
If the parents will also apply for their child’s new passport: a duly filled-out Passport Application Form for Minors, which may be downloaded via http://bit.ly/KuwaitPEConsularServices.
Applicants MUST PAY AN EXACT AMOUNT OF KD 27.625 as application fee for the child’s Report of Birth and new passport, OR KD 8.125 for Report of Birth only.
Passport releasing on 20-22 September 2020 will continue from 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Securing an appointment for passport releasing is not required.
The Embassy’s passport renewal, authentication, notarial, and Report of Marriage services will resume on 23 September 2020.

Inaanunsyo sa publiko ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait na sinususpinde nito ang mga serbisyong passport renewal, authentication, notarial, at Report of Marriage mula 20 hanggang 22 Setyembre 2020, upang bigyang-daan ang operasyong pang-Report of Birth at passport releasing lamang para sa mga bagong silang na anak ng mga Pilipino sa Kuwait.
Pauunlakan lamang ng Embahada ang mga aplikante ng Report of Birth na may appointment. Ang mga aplikasyong walk-in para sa Report of Birth ay hindi tatanggapin.
Ang mga hakbang sa pagkuha ng Report of Birth ay ang mga sumusunod:
Ang mga magulang ng bagong panganak na mga batang Pilipino AY DAPAT MAGPAREHISTRO PARA SA APPOINTMENT SA http://bit.ly/KuwaitPEReportOfBirth, na bukas ngayong 14 Setyembre 2020 mula 8:00 P.M. hanggang 11:59 P.M.
Sa loob ng linggong ito, ilalabas ng Embahada ang iskedyul ng appointment ng mga aplikante ng Report of Birth sa opisyal nitong Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/PHinKuwait.
Sa petsa at oras ng kanilang appointment sa Embahada, ang mga aplikante ng Report of Birth AY DAPAT MAGDALA NG MGA SUMUSUNOD NA REQUIREMENT: Arabic Birth Certificate ng bata na na-authenticate ng Ministry of Foreign Affairs at may opisyal na salin sa Ingles, at apat na photocopy ng mga ito; marriage certificate ng mga magulang (DFA-authenticated PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate, o Report of Marriage na inisyu ng Embahada), at apat na photocopy ng mga ito; kasalukuyang pasaporte at Civil ID ng mga magulang, at apat na photocopy ng mga ito
Kung ang mga magulang ay kukuha rin ng bagong pasaporte para sa kanilang anak: nasagutang Passport Application Form para sa mga menor de edad, na maaaring i-download sa http://bit.ly/KuwaitPEConsularServices.
Ang mga aplikante ay DAPAT MAGBAYAD NG EKSAKTONG KD 27.625 bilang application fee para sa Report of Birth at bagong pasaporte ng bata, O KD8.125 para sa Report of Birth lamang.
Magpapatuloy ang passport releasing ngayong 20-22 Setyembre 2020 mula 7:00 A.M. hanggang 12:00 P.M. Hindi kailangang kumuha ng appointment para sa passport releasing.
Ang mga serbisyong passport renewal, authentication, notarial, at Report of Marriage ng Embahada ay muling magsisimula sa darating na 23 Setyembre 2020.
