The Embassy of #India issued a press release, reiterating that that No Indian nationals with COVISHIELD (Oxford/AstraZeneca) vaccination certificates will face any difficulties in travel to the State of Kuwait if they meet other requirements such as valid residency permit and job contract and once Kuwait opens entry for Indian nationals. The Embassy informed that COVISHIELD is the same as Oxford/AstraZeneca and COVISHIELD (Oxford/AstraZeneca) is an approved vaccine in the State of Kuwait. The modalities for entry of foreign nationals to Kuwait has not been announced by the concerned authorities.
