Visit of Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas to Kuwait October 11, 2020 Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas Shri Dharmendra Pradhan will be visiting Kuwait on 11-12 October 2020 to offer condolences on behalf of the Government of India to the Kuwaiti leadership on the sad demise of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the former Amir of the State of Kuwait. Health situation is getting dangerous, chances of reverting back, iiQ8 Kuwait City, 10 October 2020: With 7 deaths in one day and 34 in a week has put forward many options for health authorities in the country. The higher authority in government sources has described the health situation in the country as dangerous due to negligence in health requirements. On 10th Oct meeting will be held with Minister of Health Dr. Basil Al Sabah to discuss the measures to confront the situation and present it before the Cabinet Ministers in an extraordinary meeting to take appropriate decisions that will be held on Monday or next Thursday. According to the source option for total ban is possible and will be presented but it is not the first option currently as it does not produce 100% results. Kuwait City, 6th October 2020: Home Delivery Of Civil ID Cards For 650 Fils The Audit Bureau has approved the request of the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) to launch home delivery service of civil ID cards on request, the decision has been approved and a local company has been awarded a contract to deliver. The sources informed that the Bureau approved the Civil Information Authority’s request at the end of August for 650 fils for each Civil ID card delivery for a period of one year, provided that the implementation will take place within 3 months. PACI recently launched an update for the My Identity application to be compatible with the new operating system for the iPhone devices that Apple recently launched reports Al Qabas.
