New Traffic Laws and Fine, imprisonment in Kuwait, iiQ8,

Warning the new traffic law, which includes a fine + imprisonment will be applied from 11th September, 2020:

New Traffic Laws in Kuwait :

1- No parking (30 dinars)

2- Not using seat belts (50 dinars)

3- Using the phone while driving (500 dinars)

4- Eating or drinking and smoking while driving (50 dinars)

5- A child in the front (50 dinars)

6- Not standing completely at parking lines (50 dinars)

7- Running away when an accident (250 dinars, with detention 1 – 3 months)

8- Trespassing a red signal (250 dinars, with detention 1 – 3 months)

9- Driving against driving (250 dinars with suspension for 1 – 3 months)

10- Driving under the influence of a drug (500 dinars with suspension from 3 to 6 months)

11- Driving without a license (500 dinars with suspension from 3 to 6 months)

12- Exceeding the speed from 1 km 10 (50 dinars)

13- Exceeding the speed from 10 km 20 (100 dinars)

14- Exceeding the speed from 20 km 30 (150 dinars) with suspension 1-3

15- Exceeding the speed of 30 km 40 (200 dinars with suspension 1 – 3 months)

16- Exceeding the speed by more than 40 km (250 dinars with suspension from 3 to 6 months)
