MOI Plans to cancel Expats Civil ID in Kuwait, iiQ8
Based on several study the Ministry of Interior has developed a comprehensive plan for a project with an aim to cancel Civil IDs for expats and limiting it to only Kuwaiti citizens.
The Residency affairs aims to issue a special magnetic card for the expats in Kuwait which will contain all his/her data which will be used in all state ministries and agencies to deal with it formally and thus end use Civil ID card.
