Kuwait City – The Ministry of Interior (MOI), through the General Traffic Department, in cooperation with the Public Authority of Manpower, has officially announced that motorcycle delivery services will resume operations starting Sunday, September 1, 2025.

This decision comes after a temporary suspension during the summer months aimed at protecting delivery riders from extreme heat exposure, in line with humanitarian and safety measures.

According to the announcement:

• Delivery motorcycles are now allowed to operate in residential areas between
  🕚 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• However, they will remain prohibited from using:
  • Main highways
  • Ring roads
