Install Kuwait Mobile ID from the App Store for IOS devices or from the Play Store for Android devices.

  • Self-enrollment through the application (currently available).
  • Note: only ID verification feature will be available through this enrollment channel. Authentication and signing services will not be supported in this option. The above services will be available only through our other channels i.e. (Self-service kiosk and enrollment at PACI service centers).
  • Enrollment though MID self-service kiosks distributed by PACI. (Later)
  • Visit PACI HO in South Surra. (Later)

Various service providers (SPs) including government agencies, oil sector companies, banks, private companies, and others will integrate their e-services with the Mobile ID service to provide more safe and secure e-Service.

You should immediately contact the MID support team through the following support channels to revoke your identity:

  1. Email the support team on: MIDSupport@PACI.gov.kw including
    Title: your issue (ex: stolen phone-revoke identity)
    Body: mention your CID number, your mobile number and the problem description.
  2. Send WhatsApp message to the following number: 50008018
  3. If an additional phone is available, you simply can download the app and register again. This will automatically remove your previously issued ID without any further efforts.

You need to revoke your MID on your old phone first. You can then request a new MID through the different previously mentioned enrollment channels.

Yes, you can use your MID on your smart phone as a digital identity that could replace your physical CID. It’s a legal identity that issued and accredited by PACI.

No, it’s totally prohibited to share your smart phone that holds the MID with any other person by any means.

You should never share your MID PIN with any other person. Always remember that you are fully responsible for any usage of your mobile ID.

It’s your responsibility to protect your MID on your phone from being stolen or misused. Meanwhile, it’s PACI’s responsibility to protect your MID application and backend from frauds and unsecure channels during the MID usage.

Yes, you can change your Mobile ID PIN through your Kuwait Mobile ID App.

The Kuwait MID currently supports the latest 3 Android and iOS versions (Older versions maybe supported in later stages).
