Step-by-Step KSE Registration Process

1. Online Registration

Visit the KSE official website to register. You can also complete this step at the KSE office.

2. MOFA Stamping

Purchase a 5KD stamp for your Degree Certificate and Consolidated Mark Sheet. Get the documents stamped at MOFA Shuwaikh Office or MOFA Liberation Tower.

3. Data Flow Gateway Registration

Register at Data Flow Gateway, upload your documents, and pay 29KD for the verification process for each certificate. Print the received email attachment and take it, along with your documents, to the KSE office.

4. Status Check and Interview/Exam

Monitor your application’s status on the KSE website. After verification, you’ll receive an interview or exam date. The exam fee is 50KD, and you have three attempts to pass.
