Embassy of India, Kuwait has authorized M/s. BLS International Services to run ICAC (Indian Consular Application Centers) only for providing the following services:
1. Passport Services
2. Visa Services
3. Consular Services
(For fee, please refer Embassy Website. Additional service fee of 1 KD is for BLS Operations) Only below mentioned optional Value-added Services, are authorized to be provided by M/s. BLS International Services
1. Courier Delivery – Passport, Visa and Consular Passport: 1.5KD Consular: 1.5KD & Visa: 4.5KD
2. Type Writing in English/Arabic 2 KD
3. Online Registration of birth (New Born Baby) 1.5KD
4. Form Filling – Passport, Visa and Consular Passport: 300 fils, Consular: 300 fils & Visa: 100 fils
5. Photograph 300 fils
6. Photocopy 100 fils/ Page
7. Web Printing 150 fils/ Page
8. Internet Kiosk 100 fils
9. Service Charges of BLS 1 KD
Applicants are required to pay only the above mentioned charges and no extra charges. Form Filling means filling of forms along with Annexures/supporting documents as per the main Passport Application Form and Visa Application Form. Form filling service charges includes filling up of complete set of relevant application form along with annexures/supporting documents.
Any other services / products offered are not authorized by the Embassy
