In SAP Environment there are 5 types of users available. How to create user in SAP Environment GUI


For daily day to day activity purpose we will user Dailog user. 


User Administration Transaction Code is SU01
By using SU01 , we can do user administration in SAP Environment. 


How to create a new user ?


// For user administration, you should have access to the Transaction Code (t-code) SU01.


Type SU01 in SAP Command prompt area.


You will reach the below screen. 

Type desired user name in the filed of User


Select new icon (White Paper symbol icon)
You will reach the below screen.

Here we have to provide the User details like Title, Last name, First name, Department, ….. 

How to create user in SAP Environment GUI

In Communication Tab :
We have to provide the Language, etc., details 


Then next tab is Logon data Details

Please provide the Initial Password and Repeat the same password as initial password. 

Then Click Save.
