5. In the case of losing the license or damaging, the owner has to ask for an alternative during 10 days through the General traffic Department, and a license will be issued instead of the damaged or lost one after ensuring its validation and the fees payments.
The damaged license has to be handed to the Traffic Department and also the lost one in case the owner find it and this is according to the subject No.104 from the Executive resolution of the Traffic law. In this case, a notification from the police station has to be handed.
If the license is lost or damaged, the owner must report it within 10 days to the General Directorate of Traffic to request a replacement for it and to issue a license instead of the lost or damaged after confirmation of the validity of this and after payment of the prescribed fees and receipt of the damaged license to the Traffic Department, It was subsequently found in accordance with Article (104) of the Traffic Law, in which case a letter from the police station is required.

استخراج بدل تالف أو فاقد لرخصة السوق
جواز السفر أو البطاقة المدنية وصور عنها.
دفع الرسوم.
صورة من محضر بدل الفاقد من المخفر.
اعتماد توقيع الكفيل على الطلب بالنسبة للأجانب.
إذا فقدت رخصة السوق أو تلفت يجب على صاحبها أن يتقدم في خلال عشرة أيام إلى الإدارة العامة للمرور بطلب بدل عنها وتصرف له رخصة بدلا من المفقودة أو التالفة بعد التأكد من صحة ذلك وبعد دفع الرسوم المقررة لذلك وتسلم الرخصة التالفة إلى إدارة المرور وكذلك المفقودة إذا عثر عليها بعد ذلك استنادا للمادة 104 من اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون المرور، يطلب في هذه الحالة كتاب بلاغ من المخفر.
