Job Functions
– Coordinating and routing orders from sales executives.
– Assists sales team with rate quotes to customers.
– Maintaining and periodically updating the rate tariff sheets for Air, Ocean and
Overland products.
– Ensures proper sales forecasting and planning by analyzing information and
evaluating results to choose the best solution.
– Communications & Follow up with Agents, Airlines.
– Creation of Job Files in system for all shipments.
– Accurate and timely billing. Undertakes Costing & Billing activities.
– Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
