Job description:
• Supervise, monitor and ensure financial and non-financial operation targets are achieved.
• Achieve all operational targets
• Enhance, manage and sustain positive relationships with brands hosts, internal & external stakeholders and mall owners.
• Beneficial relationship with all stakeholders
• Deliver category sales, gross margin and turnover performance.
• Manage and approve brand markups and retail prices.
• Increase profit
• Lead the brand team to monitor overall inventory levels to plan and forecast including terminal stocks actions.
• Optimal inventory levels
• Monitor inventory requirements and levels and devise strategies to improve stock turns.
• Increase sales
• Manage the buying and product selection process in coordination with the Buyer.
• Increase profit
Strategical• Develop, lead and implement the strategic vision for the MENA region.
• Adherence to strategical vision.
• Prepare and implement the company / Retail division business plan.
• Effective business plan
• Deliver new brands into the organization.
• Enhance the marketing calendars for the division and specific brands in coordination.
