Job Description:
Candidate should have Knowledge about web and Mobile Application design, Creates and enhances methodologies to explain about Web and Mobile-based development to the customers.
Familiarity with one or more of the following CMS engines: Word press, Joomla, Drupal, Etc.
Candidate should have Knowledge about Network routers, core switches, edge Switches, Wireless network, IP telephony, next generation finger print Devices and Electronic Locks for brief to the customers.
Candidate should have Knowledge of networking and maintenance.
Sound Knowledge in Digital Marketing, key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SMM).
Candidate should know about social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube Google and other social networks.
Should have Good knowledge over Adobe Photo-shop and Graphic designing.
Candidate should know about Graphic editing software’s (Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, In Design, Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or other related technical field.
2+ years of experience in Technical Customer Care Representative or related field.
Strong Communication skills in Arabic and English.
Candidate should be available in Kuwait.
Familiarity with Web and mobile application Analyzing.
Sound Knowledge about Networking, Digital marketing and Graphic Designing.
Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality, High customer and service orientation.
