Sr. Sales Consultant – Enaya Insurance

Long Description
Job Summary
To sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of Enaya.
Job Responsibilities
•Advise customers on the insurance policies that best suit their need.
•Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans, answering customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product, uses and credit terms
•Determines clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact finding appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments; ascertaining long-term goals
•Quoting prices, credit terms and other bud specifications. Contact underwriter and obtains underwriting approval by completing application for coverage.
•Present clients with alternatives that include new and/or improved insurance coverage based on their current needs. Negotiating prices and terms of sales and service agreements
•Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals
Candidate Requirements
•Excellent Communication Skill (English & Arabic)
•Ability to work without supervision
•Problem solving skills
•Sales-oriented and respond swiftly to client inquiries and all client concerns

Job Description
We’re currently looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team in Salmiya.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, spotting opportunities, and helping a business grow — step by step, conversation by conversation.
You’ll be working closely with management, supporting daily operations, building relationships, and helping the dental center expand its reach in a smart and professional way.
Some days will be busy, some days calm — but no two days will feel exactly the same.
What we’re looking for:
- Gender: Any
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role
- Excellent computer skills (email, MS Office, basic systems)
- A confident communicator with a friendly, professional attitude
- Someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a healthcare environment
Experience in clinics or medical centers is a plus — but what really matters is your mindset.
