Job Summary

To follow-up and process official correspondences, permits & licenses with the governmental and intergovernmental sectors regarding F&B through achieving trustable bonds with the governmental & intergovernmental sectors and effective coordination processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Visit the various governmental & intergovernmental sectors on daily basis to follow up, issue & renew licenses and permits.
  • Support in resolving any obstacle within the governmental and intergovernmental sectors facing the process of the issuance, renewal & follow-up of licences through strong relationships.
  • Reporting updated information regarding all governmental and intergovernmental procedures newly applied.
  • Maintaining licenses and permits related office systems.
  • Coordinate with the related BU’s & governmental sectors, forming a vital and strong bond.
Candidate Requirements
  • Preferably, have a good command in English (Speaking, Writing and Reading) and Arabic.
  • 4-8 Years of Work Experience in governmental & intergovernmental relations & processes.
  • Computer skills.
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

📌 Job Description – Finance Manager (QSR/F&B)

We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Finance Manager who knows the QSR environment inside out. Someone who can dig into numbers, improve margins, and put strong financial discipline in place across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L ownership and financial consolidation across 18 branches / 2 brands
  • Cost control leadership: food cost analysis, waste reduction & margin optimization
  • Budgeting, forecasting & detailed variance analysis for multi-unit operations
  • Cash flow planning and working capital management
  • Vendor negotiations and procurement cost optimization
  • Financial dashboards, MIS reports & insights for senior leadership
  • Implementing financial controls, policies, and process improvements
  • Commissary & central kitchen costing and yield analysis
  • Financial integrations with aggregators (Talabat, Deliveroo, Carriage, KNET, etc.)

🎯 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years in QSR/F&B finance — Kuwait experience required
  • Solid experience managing multi-branch P&L
  • Strong command of cost control, inventory systems & food cost structure
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP or similar)
  • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience in franchise financial models is an advantage
  • Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication & analytical abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word required)

📌 Job Description – Piping Engineer

We need someone who brings strong technical expertise and the confidence to lead small to mid-size piping projects — someone who knows how to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality engineering work on schedule.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead piping work for small/mid-size projects within the engineering team
  • Coordinate piping activities and efficiently manage discipline man-hours
  • Plan piping deliverables according to the project schedule
  • Review Plot Plans, Equipment Layouts, Piping Layouts, Nozzle Orientations, Civil Inputs, Isometrics, etc.
  • Perform 3D model reviews using Navisworks or SPR
  • Understand Piping Material Specifications and be familiar with relevant piping codes
  • Basic awareness of piping stress analysis and its role within the discipline
  • Experience in PDO/SHELL projects highly preferred
  • Familiarity with SHELL DEPs / PDO Standards is a strong advantage

🎯 Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting engineering firms
  • Strong background in Piping Design and Detail Engineering
  • Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery projects
