Summary/Objective
Specification Executive or Specification Engineer is expected to cover the marketing and specification activity of Fosroc Division of Boodai Trading Company for the region serving existing clients, consultants and architects and will increase client database expanding company business.
Job Role:
-
- Meeting Clients/Consultants/Architects on regular basis and taking out ongoing and upcoming project information and requirement of construction chemicals in the same
-
- Writing Technical Specification, Compliance statement, Comparison Sheet, Technical Letter etc. and submitting them to client/consultant/architect as when required. After submission of specification, follow up with the client/consultant/architect for approval of the same and inclusion in the tender document

- Establishing new clients as well as maintaining professional relationship with existing customers

- Planning and organising in-house technical presentation/marketing activity at the client/consultant/architect office in close co-ordination with Fosroc team

- Generating awareness amongst the client/consultant/architect about the new product launches by Fosroc

- Supporting the sales team as when required to achieve their sales target

- Maintaining specification submission report
Skills
Specification Executive or Specification Engineer should have 3-7 years of experience in Specification & Marketing, preferably in Construction Chemicals with a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Chemical Engineering or Business Administration.

- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
