Required Social Media Graphic Designer To createengaging and creative graphics for a variety of media. Must knowthe entire process of defining requirements, visualizing andcreating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts andphotos, animations. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspectsof social media posts and ads, websites, OOHs, product packaging,events and more. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop illustrations,artworks, logos, brand collaterals, animations and other designs. •Create new designs, concepts and sample layouts based on clientrequirements and discuss the same with concerned team members toobtain recommendations and make necessary amendments. • Work withcopywriters and creative director to produce the final design. •Test graphics across various media and amend designs afterfeedback. • Ensure the final graphics and layouts are visuallyappealing and according to brand guidelines. SKILLS &EXPERIENCE • Excellent design and artist abilities. • Understandthe design challenges of individual projects, able to providecreative solutions to problems. • Experience in using Photoshop,Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects and other graphic designand editing softwares. • Knowledge of social media needs and thetrends in Kuwait. • Strong communication skills, and able toprovide clear feedback and honest appraisals of others. •Resourcefulness in creating content, utilizing program expertiseand online research to achieve a high quality finished content inshort time frame. • Knowledge of content marketing. • Technicalsocial media platform knowledge such as limitations of platforms(dimensions, formats, rules). • Exceptional time management skillsincluding the ability to handle multiple clients with changingpriorities. • Male and can work under pressure and for extendedamounts of time. • Must be willing to work from home also andhaving a PC/Laptop at home. • BSc degree in design/Art or relatedfield. • Arabic Language is a plus. • Knowledge of photography is aplus.
