💼 Position : Advisor-(Security Operations)

Language Requirement: Bilingual preffered(English & Arabic)

Qualifications & Experience:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Security Management, Risk Management, or equivalent.
✅ Certifications: ASIS CPP or PSP certification highly desired.
✅ Experience: Minimum 20 years in industrial security, including at least 10 years in consultancy or senior advisory roles with international exposure.
✅ Strong background in enterprise security risk management, threat assessment, and security planning.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide subject matter expertise in enterprise security risk management, threat and vulnerability assessment, and risk mitigation strategies.
🔹 Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and recommend effective countermeasures to safeguard critical infrastructure.

🔹 Design security strategies, performance metrics, and long-term objectives to strengthen organizational resilience.
🔹 Advise on crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity planning.
🔹 Conduct security audits, evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls, and propose enhancements.
🔹 Lead the development of security policies, procedures, and standards for the protection of company assets.
🔹 Provide expertise in security system design, incident analysis, and investigative procedures.
🔹 Support the development and implementation of the Company Security Management System (CSMS) across business units.
