Job purpose

• IT Business Office Assistant /Secretary.

• Maintaining Asset audit log, preparing presentation (Guideline document), MEMOS, Minutes of Meeting, and Follow-up on MEMOs.

• Data entry for the IT- service requests into System.

• Maintain the Follow-up on the IT -service requests.

• Assisting seniors in maintain the IT-Project plan and follow-up.

• Arranging Meetings & Training sessions, prepare and maintain the attendance sheets.

• Preparing Workflow process diagrams/sequence diagrams for Conference for different projects.

• Preparing Documentation as per the senior’s directions.

• Testing –Workflow, Features, non-operational workflow systems of different projects.

• Writing Feasibility Study under the guidance of seniors.
