A leading Facility Management Company in Kuwait is urgently seeking experienced professionals for multiple technical and safety positions. Accommodation is provided by the company, while food is not included. Candidates must have prior experience in facility management or maintenance.

1️⃣ Safety Engineer

Vacancies: 1
Salary: 900 KD
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety programs and procedures.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage import and export shipments, focusing on Kuwait customs clearance. The role requires strong knowledge of customs procedures, shipment documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate import and export shipments, ensuring timely clearance and delivery.
Handle Kuwait customs clearance procedures, including submission of documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal departments.
Monitor shipment progress and resolve clearance-related issues proactively.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documents, and related approvals.
Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and international trade regulations.
Support management in reporting, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in logistics or supply chain with hands-on exposure to Kuwait customs clearance.
