Recruitment of Telecom Technician for Kuwait Oil and Refinery Project
Location Khaitan
Candidate must have ITI / 12 years of Schooling with compulsory Diploma in Electronics and Communications or equivalent degree.
Must have minimum 5 years experience and strong working experience in OSP and ISP network experience in the Oil and Petrol Chemical industries. Cable Splicer Tasks.
Must have experience in Fiber Splicing, testing, handling of OTDR, Power Meter.
Knowledge of UTP, Power cable will be preferred. Inspect and test lines or cables, analyze results, and evaluate transmission characteristics.
Cover conductors with insulation or seal splices with moisture-proof covering. Install, splice, test, and repair cables using tools or mechanical equipment.
Splices overhead, underground, or submarine multiple-conductor cables used in telephone and LAN / WAN systems.
Tests each conductor to identify corresponding conductors in adjoining cable sections, according to electrical diagrams and specifications, to prevent incorrect connections between individual communication circuits.
Knowledge of all telecommunication cable termination work like Copper cable, Cat6 network cable Public address cable, fiber optic, Cat6a, etc…
Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be available to work any shift. Salary is negotiable.
