Required a receptionist / junior secretary in a construction company (female only) full time

1. To schedule and confirm appointments for the personnel of the departments.

2. document/ record information, maintain files, process all paper work, and to perform day to day administrative tasks.

3. Receiving and sorting daily mail

4. Ensure office area is tidy and presentable.

5. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

6. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

7. Clean the office at the start of the day.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Communication Skills

• Well versed in English Language

• Clever in using word and excel programs.
